Case Study (Introduction)

Introduction

In my case study, I will be discussing deep learning, which is the specific subfield of machine learning that I have chosen to focus on for my major project. One area of machine learning is deep learning, which involves a neural network containing three or more layers. The goal of these networks is to imitate the workings of the human brain, although they fall short of their impressive capabilities. By analyzing vast amounts of data, these networks can "learn" and improve. Therefore, by using deep learning we can advance our machine learning algorithm and automate the tasks which we need to do manually,  such as data cleaning, analysing, sorting and etc.
